Quick launch to market with your Minimum Viable Product
A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is a basic, launchable version of the product that includes essential features, defining its unique selling proposition.
A raw product that customers do not need
The most viable product that you think should be built
Good enough product to solve the core problem
The purpose is to achieve a faster time to market, gaining early adopters, and validating product-market fit from an early stage.
This approach allows for a quick launch, the validation of key assumptions, and rapid growth of your business.
The first step in building your Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is to define the product scope. We use an intensive, 7-day, structured process that starts with an immersive focus session with product experts and former startup founders to dive into the product vision from a business standpoint. Based on this, we create a list of user stories that will form the basis of your MVP design.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna.
Using the product scope, either provided by you or created by us, we create a design brief that includes user stories, UX personas, a list of features, and stakeholder analysis. This brief provides a blueprint for the design of your MVP.
We start by designing the most important screens for your product. This allows you to see exactly how your product will look and give feedback on the design. Once you approve the key screens, we move on to the remaining screens.
After you approve the key screens, we extend the design to all the remaining screens and deliver the full product UX/UI.
Once your app is fully designed and approved, we begin the implementation phase. During this phase, we progressively deliver the modules of the app so you can test them and provide feedback along the way.
When the app is fully developed, we enter a testing phase during which we're in constant contact to fix major bugs and make sure your MVP is ready to go to market. Once you're satisfied with the app, we help you launch it to your target audience.
